Koran 3:28: “Let believers not take for friends and allies infidels rather than believers; and whoever does this shall have no relationship left with Allah—unless you but guard yourselves against them, taking precautions.”
Koran: 3:117: “Believers! Do not become friends with anyone except your own people.”
These are just two of 13 verses in the Koran that command Muslims not to become genuine friends with Kafirs (unbelievers, infidels, those who reject Muhammad as the Prophet of Allah).
Islamic prohibition of Muslims becoming genuine friends with non-Muslims is part of the more general doctrine of “al-Walaa wal-Baraa,” meaning allegiance or love for Muslims and rejection and hatred for Kafirs and their civilizations. Muslims are to love whatever Muhammad says Allah loves and hate whatever Muhammad says Allah hates. According to Dr. B. Warner, the Koran devotes 64 percent of its text to the evil of and hatred and punishment of Kafirs on earth and in hell.
It should be noted that the Arabic words for “guard” and “precaution” in the exception clause of Koran 3:28—“unless you but guard yourselves against them, taking precautions—come from the same Arabic root word (taqu) also found in the important Islamic doctrine of Taqiyya. Taqiyya is a doctrine of deception, which allows Muslims to deceive non-Muslims in order to protect themselves and to defend or advance the cause of Islam. This is particularly useful in concealing the intent and threats of Hijra (migration) and Jihad, Holy War in the cause of Allah.
The use of Taqiyya is widespread in Muslim Brotherhood propaganda. There are similar Islamic doctrines that purposely promote ambiguity, flattery, and false friendships to deceive Kafirs.
Furthermore, the Hadiths and Koran forbid Muslims to assimilate into the societies of unbelievers, except for the purpose of infiltrating, undermining, and displacing them under the doctrine of Hijra (migration for Jihad) leading to their destruction or submission under Jihad.
Abu Dawuad Hadith 2789 quotes Muhammad saying, “Whosoever joins with non-Muslims in a collegial relationship and lives with them…would no longer be considered a Muslim and could be declared a Kafir (non-believer).” Koran verses 58:22 and 9:29 are among several that reinforce this prohibition of assimilation. Moreover, segregation of Muslims from non-Muslims is a foundational doctrine of Islam, which is also associated with the more general doctrine of al-Walaa wal-Baraa previously described. This segregation is normally connected to a mosque to which Muslims are assembled for motivation, education, and training for future Hijra and Jihad. The great Western hope that Muslims will peacefully assimilate into American and European cultures is an absurdity based on ignorance and deceptive Muslim propaganda.
Most of the references to Jihad in the Koran and Sunna (the words and acts of Muhammad found in the Hadiths and Sira) refer to the Jihad of direct armed violence against Kafirs, but Jihad can also include acts of financial, political, and propaganda support for the advance of Islam and defeat and submission of Kafirs and their cultures and civilizations. Writing a check to a Muslim organization that funds the purchase of war materials or to a Muslim charity that supports the families of Jihadists or martyrs is an important act of Jihad. Writing a letter to the editor or working as an employee or volunteer for Muslim educational organizations can be Jihad. Anything that works to demoralize or destroy Kafir culture, government or civilization can be Jihad. A few hadiths recognize a spiritual Jihad for self-improvement and spiritual growth, but these amount to only about three percent of all Jihadic hadiths. Of the 21 percent of the text of the hadiths that exhort Jihad, the vast majority is the Jihad of the Sword. In reality, Muslim Brotherhood front organizations frequently use discussion of so-called spiritual Jihad as another way to conceal the hard truth of coercive and violent Jihad in accomplishing the conquest of Western civilization.
Jihad is the second most important doctrine of Islam, according to Muhammad. Only faithfulness to the Shahada declaration that Allah is the only god and Muhammad is his Messenger is more important. Faithful Muslims follow the words and example of Muhammad in everything. Participating in Jihad against Kafirs and Kafir civilizations is a sacred obligation of all true Muslims. All Muslims who are able to participate in Jihad must do so.
Sharia Law is the Islamic Law code that rules every aspect of Muslim life. Every entry of Sharia Law is backed by specific texts of the Koran, the Hadiths, or the Sira. The most revered and most used text of Islamic Law is Ahmad ibn Naqib al-Misri’s Reliance of the Traveller: A Classic Manual of Islamic Law. It covers virtually everything about the Muslim life including trade, marriage, divorce, faith, inheritance, and delusions. One of the longest sections is on Justice. Jihad is included under Justice in Chapter O (as in Omega). Section O.9 begins to cover Jihad, which is described in my modern English version simply: “Jihad means to war against non-Muslims… signifying warfare to establish the religion [Islam].”
Koran 9:33 justifies both the doctrine of Islamic Supremacy and Jihad: “Allah has sent His Apostle with guidance and a religion of truth that he may make it victorious over every other religion though the idolaters abhor it.”
In Islam, religion and government are inseparable. Sharia is thus the Constitution of all Islamic government and law true to the Koran and the Sunna (teaching and example of Muhammad). It is the wisdom, will, and law of Allah and his Prophet. Most Muslim clerics therefore condemn democracy because it elevates the knowledge, wisdom, and will of men and not of Allah. Championing democracy over the words of Allah and the teachings and example of Muhammad has the status of blasphemy. Muslims will, however, use democracy to overthrow Kafir culture and civilization. But when Islam gains victory over Kafir nations and cultures, Jihad will be used to replace Western constitutions and law codes with the rule of Sharia Law. Western attempts to introduce democracy in predominantly Muslim nations have been a complete failure. Of the 57 United Nations members of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC), not one approaches being a successful democracy. Besides that, Muslims and Westerners alike can observe the many failures and corruptions of democracy. Yet imposing democracy and meaningless constitutions on Muslim nations has been in the forefront of Western “nation building” in the Muslim world. Suffice it to say that Islam and democracy have proved incompatible in both doctrine and practice.
There is another Islamic doctrine that decisively impedes Western understanding of Islam. This was covered in more detail in Part 4 of this series: Foundations of Islamic Reason: Understanding the Ethical Dualism of the Koran. Islamic ethics and logic are profoundly dualistic in sharp contrast to the unitary ethical and logical systems of Judeo-Christianity and the West. This is because under the doctrines of Abrogation dealing with more than 225 serious doctrinal inconsistencies versus supposed Koranic perfection, two contradictory statements can both be held to be true. The underlying reason for these inconsistencies is the sharp difference between Muhammad’s ministry of non-violent persuasion in Mecca and his turning to a new doctrine of coercion and Jihadic violence after the first year of his rule as a warlord in Medina. The result is that many important doctrines have a weak form, being true for the purposes of Kafir deception, and a strong form facilitating the most extreme violence against non-Muslims in pursuit of victorious Jihad. The golden rule of Islam is to imitate Muhammad in everything. This allows for two different standards of justice, truth, and humanity for Muslims versus Kafirs, masters versus slaves, and males versus females.
Probably the greatest deception of Islam is to equate Jehovah of Judeo-Christian Scripture with Allah of the Koran and Islam. There may be only one god, but Jehovah and Allah are not the same god.
