The Muslim Brotherhood in America

Part 7 of a Series

“Ever since the religion of Islam appeared in the world, the espousers of it…have been as wolves, and tigers to all other nations, rending and tearing all that fell into their merciless paws, and grinding them with their iron teeth…Such was, and is at this day, the rage, the fury, the revenge, of the destroyers of human kind.”

They might also consider the words of Winston Churchill:

“How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy…Individual Muslims may show splendid qualities…But the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world.”

Sharia is the body of Islamic Law covering every aspect of the Muslim life—civil law, criminal law, religious, social, and moral law. Sharia is derived directly and solely from the Koran and the teachings of Muhammad. Muslims believe that the Koran always existed and was given by Allah to Muhammad over several years through the Angel Gabriel. The Koran is thus the immutable will of Allah. Muslim scholars reached a consensus on Sharia interpretation by the 9th century. The Koran and al-Sharia are thus considered immutable and absolutely authoritative. There is an important lesson for the West to be derived from this. Although one can find many “moderate” Muslims, there is no moderate Islam. Moderate Muslims are essentially secularized Muslims who still identify with Islamic culture. As author Serge Trifkovic has stated:

“Moderate Islam is like the unicorn. We can visualize a unicorn, but we cannot find one.”

Last week we concentrated on some of the doctrines of Islam: Jihad (holy war against non-Muslims), Teqiyya (deception to advance Islam), the Rule of Abrogation in interpreting the Koran (chronologically later verses cancel conflicting earlier verses), and the doctrine of Islamic Supremacism. Islamic Supremacism is based on numerous passages in the Koran proclaiming Islam to be superior to all other religions and ordained by Allah to conquer and dominate them. As we have learned from studying the Muslim Brotherhood, stealth Jihad is their strategy until they are able to conquer or gain political control.

As Omar Ahmad, Chairman of the Board of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Muslim Brotherhood front organization) said in 1998:

“Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.”

Three verses of the Koran are frequent justifications for Islamic Supremacism:

3: 110 “You are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind.”

98: 6 Non-Muslims are “the most vile of created beings”

48: 29 “Be merciful to one another, but ruthless to the unbelievers.”

The “Shahada,” the first of five Pillars of Islam, states: “There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is his Prophet,” This is undoubtedly the most frequently heard statement of faith in Islam and in its context clearly reinforces the Sharia doctrine of Islamic Supremacism.

There are many other Sharia doctrines that are not compatible with Western civilization. Apostasy, which is defined as leaving the Muslim faith or uttering a statement of unbelief or criticism of Allah, is punishable by death. Unbelief includes conversion to Christianity or other religions. Muslim jurists sometimes issue a “fatwah” calling for execution of an apostate, wherever found, by any Muslim. Many clerics believe that non-Muslim “islamophobia” is blasphemy and deserves an execution fatwah.

Islam is not compatible with democracy or constitutional government. Any system of man-made or non-Koranic law is considered illicit under Sharia. Koran verse 5:47 states, “And if any fail to judge by the light of what Allah has revealed, they are no better than unbelievers.”

In Sharia law, the testimony of a woman is only worth half that of a man. Daughters receive only half the inheritance of sons. Muslim men may have four wives and unlimited concubines, but women have few rights in marriage or divorce. Women must not travel outside the home without a male guardian. A Muslim woman must have four male witnesses to make the claim of rape! If she fails, it is equivalent to admitting adultery, which could mean imprisonment or death by stoning. Homosexuality also requires the death penalty. Sharia permits marriage contracts with very young girls. Such marriages may be consummated when the girl is eight or nine

Muslim parents may murder children and grandchildren for violations of Sharia Law. These “honor killings” are sometimes executed by brothers and sisters.

The Koran and teachings of Muhammad are filled with hatred and suggested violence for Jews and Christians. Sharia stipulates mandatory amputations, crucifixion, flogging, and stoning for many crimes. Sharia is taught in 80 percent of U.S. mosques.

American Muslims are crying about religious intolerance toward Muslims, but the plain truth is that the Sharia doctrine of Islamic Supremacism leaves no room for tolerance of non-Muslims in Islam.
