The Music On Main Street concert on Friday, July 25, will feature the group Sound Investment. A four-piece band from Hendersonville, Sound Investment covers classic 60s and 70s songs, with a tune or two from the 80s and 90s thrown in along the way. They specialize in rarely performed songs such as “Let’s Hang On” by Frankie Vallie, “In My Room” by the Beach Boys, and “Take It To The Limits” by the Eagles.
The 16th Annual Music On Main Street concert series will be held every Friday evening through August 15 at the Visitor Center, 201 South Main Street in Historic Downtown Hendersonville, NC. Bring a chair and sit back, relax and enjoy the music from 7:00-9:00 pm. Seating area opens after 5:30pm; early admission is strictly prohibited. Hendersonville city ordinance prohibits animals in the event area. No Alcoholic beverages, backpacks and coolers allowed. Admission is free.
In case of inclement weather the concert will be postponed until 8:00PM; if the weather does not improve by 8pm the performance will be cancelled.
